Bayer 04 Bundesliga opener at the Allianz Arena

The Bayer 04 Women kick off the new Bundesliga campaign on the big stage at the Allianz Arena. As announced by the German Football Association (DFB) on Tuesday, the Werkself play the champions of Germany Bayern Munich on Saturday, 6 September (17:45 CEST).

The game on matchday one will be broadcast live free-to-air on ARD as well as on the two streaming providers MagentaSport and DAZN. Tickets for the game are available to away fans now HERE at the FC Bayern online shop. Away fans are recommended to use Block 101. There is no segregation of fans in contrast to the men's game.

The DFB will publish the full fixture list for the Google Pixel Women's Bundesliga 2025/26 over the course of the summer. The FC Bayern Women won the league title for the third time in succession in the 2024/24 season. They won both the first game at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium (3-2) as well as the return match at the FC Bayern Campus (2-0). The Bayer 04 Women's team did have their best season in the club's history with a fourth-place finish on 43 points led by coach Roberto Pätzold.
