Fan LIAISON
The Bayer 04 Fan Liaison consists of Lucia „Lucy“ Thum, Sebastian „Sebo“ Friedrich, Moritz Bremshey, Carsten Cramer, Tim Gelshäuser, Lisa Ciupka and Andreas „Paffi“ Paffrath as the main team. They act as a point of contact for all matters relating to Bayer 04. These can be requests, problems, or concerns.
FAQ black market
Bayer 04 takes the fight against the ticket black market very seriously and expressly points out that tickets may only be purchased via the Bayer 04 webshop or via the Bayer 04 ticket exchange (official secondary market). All information on the black market.
SOCCER SCHOOL
Train like the first team – if you are between six and 14 years of age and want to take part then you don't have to be part of the football club. And the target does not have to be the next World Player of the Year. Come along to the Bayer 04 Soccer School and release your enthusiasm the beautiful game.

The Schwadbud is the meeting point for all friends of Bayer 04 in the heart of the BayArena. Since opening in August 2014, the fan pub connects the modern with tradition and brings Bayer 04 history to life in appealing surroundings. Tradition is here not just in name.

‘Made in Lev’: New Bayer 04 third kit
Bayer 04 have unveiled the new third kit for the 2026/27 season. The design, developed by kit supplier New Balance, combines the city’s colours with symbols that have defined Leverkusen and Bayer 04 for generations.

Women: Wolfsburg and Bayern home tickets now on general sale
Tickets for the first two Bayer 04 women’s team home games are now on general sale. A week after their league opener away at RB Leipzig, Roberto Pätzold’s side will face last season’s runners-up, VfL Wolfsburg, in the first home fixture on Sunday 30 August (kick-off: 16:00 CEST). Fifteen days later, on Monday night, 14 September (kick-off: 18:00 CEST), the Leverkusen Women host German champions Bayern Munich at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium for a top-of-the-table league clash. Bayer 04 commit to continuity: contracts with Carro and Rolfes extended ahead of schedule
The Shareholders’ Committee of Bayer 04 Leverkusen Fußball GmbH has extended the contracts of the two managing directors, Fernando Carro and Simon Rolfes, ahead of schedule. The CEO, Fernando Carro (62), will continue in his role until 30 June 2029, and managing director sport Simon Rolfes (44) will remain in post until 30 June 2031.

Fans meeting with Carro and Rolfes: ‘Seeing you happy motivates us’
This fan meeting got off to a rather unexpected start. On Sunday afternoon, the Bayer 04 managing directors had just welcomed the fans present at the team hotel for the traditional get-together at the training camp when Fernando Carro’s phone rang. The CEO, glancing towards managing director sport Simon Rolfes with a smile, said: “We’ll just have to answer that quickly.” When asked by the fans what the call was actually about, the pair left it open with a wink. Instead, Carro and Rolfes then spent over an hour happily answering the fans’ many other questions.

Werkself Team of the Quarter-Century: Wirtz and Alonso top the poll – Tapsoba and Rolfes in starting XI
You have voted – your ‘Team of the Quarter-Century’ has been decided! This historic selection, covering the period from 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2024, features honorary captains, Bundesliga champions, double winners and Champions League finalists. Edmond Tapsoba is the only player from the current Bayer 04 squad to make it into the starting XI, while his team-mate Patrik Schick is on the bench. Simon Rolfes, the current managing director sport, is also in the lie-up. A truly special team that brings together a quarter of a century of Bayer 04 history – and has left a decisive mark on the club.
