Bayer 04 agree new deal with keeper Anne Moll
Bayer 04 Leverkusen have extended the contract with Anne Moll by two years. The 19-year-old joined Leverkusen from TSV Meerbusch in the summer of 2022.
"Anne has been a brilliant addition to our goalkeeping setup for two years and always gives 100% in training," said Achim Feifel, Bayer 04 Women's team sporting director: "We can rely on her when she's needed."
Moll made her debut for Bayer 04 in May 2023 against Werder Bremen (2-0) in the Google Pixel Women's Bundesliga. Last season she was on the bench eight times as back-up to Friederike Repohl. She has made six appearances to date for the Germany U19s and started in three qualifiers for the European Championships in Lithuania (14 to 27 July).
"I feel really good at Bayer 04 and I'm grateful I've been able to take my first steps in women's football here," said Moll: "As the facilities are the best, Leverkusen is the perfect place for me to be able to continue to develop."

Werkself beat St. Pauli 4-0 on Carnival weekend
Bayer 04 claimed their third victory of the season over St. Pauli with a dominant display in the Bundesliga on Matchday 22, winning 4-0 at the BayArena. Quickfire headed goals from Jarell Quansah and Patrik Schick in the first half set the Werkself on their way.
