general inormation

  • We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours going to and from the game. This is for your own protection

  • RB Leipzig have given us the opportunity to a drinks deposit collection in the away end. We have decided to carry this out in aid of the friends’ association Fanprojekt Leverkusen e.V.. We look forward to you getting actively involved.

STADIum

  • Stadium opens: 13.00 CET – kick-off: 15.30 CET
  • Away entrance: Corner section C /D
  • Away blocks: Block 3.2 - 7
  • The usual security checks will take place at the entrance to the stadium.
  • Alcohol checks are possible – people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry.
  • Storage facilities: none available
  • Payment for all food and drink is cashless
  • By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Red Bull Arena and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at RB Leipzig are accepted.

tickets/ matchday ticket office

  • Ticket sales in Leverkusen have finished.
  • Matchday ticket office for Bayer 04 fans: closed
  • The print@Home tickets can be displayed on mobiles using the RB Leipzig app

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Thursday at 14.00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. At the weekend or on the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you if you do not have a ticket!

FAN paraphernalia

  • Permitted items:
    • Flags up to max. 1.5 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC)
    • Fan club banners and fence flags (as long as space is available – emergency exits must remain clear)
    • For other fan materials please submit an email in good time to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de
  • Banner and materials check
    • Next to the away entrance
    • With two people and representatives of the Fan Liaison team
    • For permissions not covered by the stadium regulations (e.g. megaphones, drums, large flags) the holder will be stopped. Personal details will be quickly taken and destroyed after the game.

directions & PARKing

  • We recommend travelling on the A9 to junction Leipzig-West, in the direction of the B181 via Merseburger Straße, Rückmarsdorfer Straße and Hans-Driesch-Straße to the Red Bull Arena. Jahnallee and the Zeppelinbrücke are closed to traffic.
  • Travelling by coach:
    • Away fans travelling by coach can get off/on at the Landauer Brücke/ Am Sportforum. Stewards will provide help in finding the away section at the Red Bull Arena. The supporters coaches will park on Cottaweg during the game.
  • Anreise mit dem PKW & 9er:
    • On the day of the match areas of the neighbourhood will be closed off. Increased traffic can lead to significant delays in reaching the stadium. We therefore urgently recommend using multi-storey car parks, park and ride facilities and public transport. Your match ticket entitles you to travel on the MDV local transport network form four hours before the game to four hours after the final whistle

  • Travelling by public transport:
      • All season and match tickets entitle you to travel throughout the whole MDV network five hours before and five hours after the game
      • You can get to the Red Bull Arena, Festwiese and QUARTERBACK Immobilien ARENA via the following stops:
        • Sportforum Süd using lines 3,7,8 and 15 plus 56*
        • Marschnerstraße using lines 1,2 and 14
        • Waldplatz using lines 3,4,7,8,15 plus 54* and 56*
        • Sportforum Ost using lines 4 and 54*
          *Special service for big events
