"The idea of having a gaming box at the BayArena has been around for a long time. We are incredibly proud of being able to put this project into effect. That makes it possible for us to provide further services to customers and fans. In addition, our eSports team has a new home with a first-class and unique infrastructure for exciting matches, entertaining streams and a whole range of other events. We are excited and very much looking forward to the future," said Florian Dederichs, head of sponsorship, hospitality and eSports.
The eSports box will be used for the first time tomorrow Saturday 28 May. It will be the venue for the final event in the #B04eSports talent show. It all starts at midday. The tournament will be broadcast on the club Twitch channel.
