Tickets can be bought by the following methods:
Spectators' proof of 3G status will be checked as usual at the entrances and one of the following points must be met and proved, and photo ID produced:
- Fully vaccinated in accordance with legal requirements
- Recovered in accordance with legal requirements
- Children and teenagers up to and including the age of 17 (on presentation of photo ID – if not clear)
- School students – even if they are already 18 – on production of school ID
- Medical certificate (maximum six weeks old)
- Negative rapid flow test (not more than 24 hours old)
- Negative PCR test (not more than 48 hours old)
The mask mandate no longer applies in the open air, but Bayer 04 recommends continued use of a face covering. The obligation to wear a face covering applies in the VIP areas at the BayArena unless at a set seat or standing position.

A bitter end to the fifth showdown of the 2025/26 VBL Club Championship as the #B04eSports team failed to take any points in the three remaining matches of the preliminary online round of the fifth and final showdown, missing out on the offline round. They can no longer take points in the overall table. Bayer 04 slipped out on the top eight, so direct participation in the final event for the German Club Championship is no longer possible, with Bayer 04 having to contest the play-offs.
