Lukas Hradecky was among the first small group through the door on Sunday morning, returning after his well-deserved downtime. Maza has already trained with some of his new teammates in recent days.
The players completed orthopaedic examinations, a jump analysis, spiroergometry on the treadmill and other tests in small groups throughout the day at the Werkstatt.
Robert Andrich said after his turn: “We've recovered well in the last few weeks, and today it was pretty good again, but that's how it should be. Now it's time to get down to work. We're really looking forward to the season.”
The Werkself will have more tests and examinations throughout Monday before heading to the airport in the evening as they depart on their 10-day training camp in Rio de Janeiro, which includes a friendly against Flamengo’s U20s and many more activities in Brazil.
