The clash between the two future teammates at the Women's Euro in Switzerland saw Carlotta Wamser progress to the quarter-finals with Germany thanks to a 2-1 win against Cornelia Kramer's Denmark team. The Scandinavian side have no chance of going through to the next round after two defeats in their first two group matches.
