Werkself fans from the Netherlands and Belgium take note! Bayer 04 has launched new networks for Germany's two neighbours for the 2024/25 season. Registrations for these are possible with immediate effect, and there will also be direct contacts for supporters from the Netherlands and Belgium in future.
Show moreAfter many years of price stability, Bayer 04 is increasing ticket prices for the first time again for the 2024/25 season. By adjusting the prices for season and match tickets, the double winners will return to the level of the season before the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in many areas. There will only be minor changes for children's and standing tickets.
Show moreBayer 04 aren’t just the new champions of Germany but are also leading the way in engaging young fans after becoming the first Bundesliga club to release its own Pixi children’s book. Captain Lukas Hradecky and Josip Stanisic presented the 24-page publication entitled ‘Ein neuer Löwe für die Werkself’ (A new lion for the Werkself) at a reading for children in the BayArena's Schwadbud.
Show moreThe Bundesliga home game against VfL Wolfsburg on Sunday, 10 March (kick-off: 19.30 CET) is a special one. It is a second member matchday at Bayer 04. This is aimed to attract members with a range of challenges, attractive discounts, exclusive competitions as well as numerous other events in and around the BayArena. The highlight is the first exclusive Club collection. It all starts two hours before kick-off when stadium opens at 17.30 CET.
Show moreThe primary school pupils won't forget this sports lesson in a hurry. As part of the 'District Matchdays' campaign, a Bayer 04 trio visited GGS Bergisch Neukirchen ahead of the Werkself's home match against Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday (kick-off 18:30 CET). Players Niklas Lomb and Synne Skinnes Hansen along with men's goalkeeping coach David Thiel had a kickabout with the fourth-graders in the school gym on the fourth campaign matchday, which is all about Bergisch Neukirchen.
Show moreDear Lions, allow me: your patron, Lukas Hradecky. Lukas - nicknamed "Spider" - replaced former Werkself professional Dominik Kohr as Lions Club patron in summer 2019. He is a Finnish national goalkeeper, speaks fluent German and Danish in addition to Finnish and Slovakian, and has already played for Bayer 04 since 2018.
