To mark the start of the 2026/27 season, you have the chance to take part in one of two guard-of-honour line-ups. You can either be part of the Bayer 04 Women’s team presentation ahead of their friendly against Feyenoord (kick-off: 13:15 CEST) at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium, as well as when the men’s team arrive at the stadium – or welcome the men’s first team onto the pitch at the BayArena later on, just before their match against Sevilla (kick-off: 15:30 CEST).
Registrations for the Löwenclub guard of honour are open only to Löwenclub members up to and including Sunday 2 August. The coveted places on each of the two guard of honour teams will be allocated by a draw from among all fully completed registrations received by the deadline. But that’s not all: the lucky winners and one accompanying person each will receive tickets from Bayer 04 for the season launch – so you can see the players up close first and then in action.
Club members who have secured a place will receive an email confirming their place once the registration deadline has passed, including all the important information about the event. Don’t miss your chance to enjoy an unforgettable moment at the season opener – apply now.
