
The Leverkusen U15 side, recently crowned champions of the Regionalliga West, will continue to be managed by Oliver Schoepp in the coming season. Assistant manager Alexander Nuss will remain at his side. Leon Haasler (previously U11s) and Ömer Kizililrmak (previously U14s) will be promoted internally to the U15 coaching staff.
The U14 team will be managed in future by Louis Ferlings, who most recently worked as a technical and personal coach in the Bayer 04 youth academy. Thanos Petsos (previously with the U15s) and Marcel Schuhmacher (previously with the U13s) are joining the team as assistant coaches from within the club, whilst Peter Quast remains with the U14s.
Max Sabottka (head coach), Felix Eibl and Michael Plesch (both assistant coaches) will remain together as the coaching team and move up from the U12s to the U13s.
Nicholas Kuberka is taking charge of the Bayer Leverkusen U12 team, having moved from the youth ranks at Union Berlin to Bayer 04. He will be joined by Nikita Kamenyuka (previously in charge of the U11s) and former player Kosi Saka, who most recently worked at Borussia Mönchengladbach.
There have also been changes to the U11 coaching team. Jeremie Bootz joins from Fortuna Düsseldorf, and he will be supported by Wim Frankenstein (previously at Future Kids) and Ben Schobert, who has recently returned from a semester abroad having previously worked at SC Fortuna Bonn.

Special events for a special match: Bayer 04 are offering fans a varied programme of events at tonight’s home game in the Google Pixel Women’s Bundesliga against German champions Bayern Munich (kick-off: 18:00 CEST). Alongside a number of interactive activities, events to mark the DFB Sustainability matchday are also planned around the Ulrich Haberland Stadium. Following two close encounters against VfL Wolfsburg and away to TSG Hoffenheim, the Bayer 04 Women face another top side on Monday night. The Werkself host German double winners Bayern Munich at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium at 18:00 CEST to round off matchday 4 in the Google Pixel Women’s Bundesliga.
