Watch party at the Schwadbud: Watch the Bundesliga opener for the Bayer 04 Women live

A record stage for the Bayer 04 Women in Munich – and fans can get behind their team together in front of the TV. For the opening match in the Google Pixel Women's Bundesliga on Saturday, 6 September (kick-off: 17:45 CEST) the Werkself have organised a watch party at the Schwadbud. While the team led by coach Roberto Pätzold face Bayern Munich in front of 45,000 spectators at the Allianz Arena, supporters can also provide vocal support from back home. There will also be a star prize raffled amongst everyone taking part.

The doors open at 17:00 CEST and fans can cross their fingers for the Leverkusen women for the kick-off at 17:45 CEST. The Werkself supporters can watch the clash between the champions of Germany and last season's fourth-placed team in the relaxed atmosphere of the Schwadbud. Sustenance is also available: Bayer 04 offer a range of food and drinks available to buy using cashless payment methods.

There is another highlight regardless of the outcome of the match on the night: A home jersey signed by the whole Women's squad will be raffled amongst all those at the party!

The second attempt was a successful one: the Werkself won 1-0 at Hamburger SV in the rearranged Bundesliga Matchday 17 encounter. Head coach Kasper Hjulmand's side dominated play from the start and eventually scored the winning goal through Christian Kofane in the 73rd minute.
