StadiUM

  • Stadium opens at 13.30. Kick-off at 15.30
  • Entrance for away section in south-west
  • Away sections: E1, E2 & D2
  • Please note Blocks L, L1, and F1 plus M to D1 are for the supporters of FC Heidenheim 1846. The wearing of away colours is prohibited there as is provocative behaviour in the home end.
  • The usual security checks will take place at the entrance to the stadium.
  • Random alcohol breathalyser checks are possible - heavily intoxicated persons may be refused entry
  • (In accordance with the stadium regulations and the general ticket terms and conditions).
  • Drop-off point for medium-sized bags is available at the away block. Space is limited. No liability is accepted.
  • Payment for food and drinks with cash, cashless with EC and credit cards and via contactless mobile phone payments.
  • Please do not obstruct the blue stairways (emergency exits) throughout the away section.
  • It is not permitted to climb on the fence. A breach of this regulation can attract a fine. However, this is tolerated for goal celebrations.
  • With the purchase of a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Voith-Arena and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) of 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 are recognised.

  • Bags and rucksacks larger than A4
  • Extreme right wing material and associated symbols
  • Brought food and drink (Exception: 1 Tetra Pak < 0.5 litres of non-alcoholic drinks plus fruit, chocolate bars etc. in small amounts)
  • Professional cameras
  • Umbrellas
  • The possession, provision and transfer of the following items are forbidden (excerpt from the stadium regulations): “...anti-constitutional, racist, xenophobic, extremist, discriminatory, radical right or left wing propaganda material even if not subject to prosecution. This includes the wearing of clothing or emblems or symbols on clothing. Breaches lead to immediate stadium bans and can be subject to prosecution under the law on regulatory offences."

  • The sales process in Leverkusen has finished. All tickets were sold
  • Matchday ticket office closed for Bayer 04 fans.
  • LOST IN THE POST: If you have not received tickets two working days before the away game, please contact us at the service centre on 0049 (0)214 8660 1904 or via email to info@bayer04.de. We are unable to guarantee that we can help you on the day of the match.

FAN ITEMS

  • Permitted items:
    • Flags up to a maximum 2 metres in length with plastic pole (PVC)
    • Fan club banners and flags on fences (Providing space IS available – emergency exits must be kept clear)

GUIDE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

  • Register for away wheelchair spaces via our disability fan liaison officer Andreas ‘Paffi’ Paffrath (Tel.: 0049 (0)214 / 8660-860 / Email: paffi@bayer04.de)
  • Access to the spaces for wheelchair users (with blue parking permit) is the same as for fan coaches (see 'Travelling by coach')

TRAVEL & PARKing

Due to road traffic conditions in Heidenheim we recommend leaving the A7 at exit 117 Giengen Herbrechtingen.

Travelling by coach/van and disabled wheelchair users (blue permit)

  • Away coach parking at Baseball Ballpark (Google Maps coordinates)
  • Address for navigation system: Heerackerweg 23, 89522 Heidenheim
  • There is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the stadium from here
  • Please leave the away parking in the direction of Mergelstetten via Buchhofsteige (turn right at the exit) and via the B19 in Giengen/Herbrechtingen (follow signs) to the Autobahn (BAB 7)

Travelling by car:

  • Away car parking at the ground of SV Mergelstetten (Google Maps coordinates)
  • Address for navigation system: In der Schwende 6, 89522 Heidenheim
  • There is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the stadium from here

  • If travelling by public transport you can use the shuttle bus. Departure times can be found two or three days before the game on the FC Heidenheim website

  • NO professional equipment allowed (e.g. telephoto lenses, camera bags, additional lenses, tripods, screw-mountable cameras)

High spirits and previously untold stories: Around 100 Bayer 04 fans packed the Schwadbud fan pub in the east stand of the BayArena on Thursday evening to be there in person for the first instalment of the new series of events entitled “Rudi lädt ein” (Rudi invites you). They listened intently as long-serving Werkself players Gonzalo Castro and Stefan Kießling chatted with record appearance-maker Rüdiger Vollborn and presenter and stadium announcer Tobias Ufer about their many years together at the club, shared amusing anecdotes and revealed dressing room secrets. Anyone who missed the premiere can already look forward to the second instalment – on 12 May, Rudi will be testing the expert knowledge of Bayer 04 fans during a quiz night.
