
There was plenty going on at the training ground at the BayArena - despite the Werkself actually having the day off. Among the players who put in an extra shift were Patrik Schick and Axel Tape following their recent knocks, as well as Ibrahim Maza and Christian Kofane, who were back in Leverkusen for the first time since mid-December following Algeria and Cameroon's exit in the Africa Cup of Nations quarter-finals.







The team will have their final training session on Friday before heading to Sinsheim on Saturday. The opening game of the second half of the season kicks off at 15:30 CET at the PreZero Arena.

The fifth and final showdown of the VBL Club Championship 2025/26 begins for the #B04eSports team this Thursday, 12 February (live on the VBL Twitch channel from 18:00 CET), with the online preliminary round kicking off against VfL Wolfsburg, Eintracht Braunschweig and SpVgg Greuther Fürth.
