The Werkself have experienced six intensive days in St. Louis with lots of special impressions and encounters. The end of the USA tour marks the start of a two-week break the Werkself. The team under head coach Xabi Alonso return to training in Leverkusen from 1 December. Bayer 04 have a friendly away to Rangers in Glasgow on 10 December and there will be a second break from training from 19 December to 2 January.

Despite winning four of six games in the online preliminary round in Showdown 1 of the VBL Club Championship 2026/27, Leverkusen eSports duo Marc and Sean Landwehr didn't make it through to the offline knockout round.
