Fan LIAISON
The Bayer 04 Fan Liaison consists of Lucia „Lucy“ Thum, Sebastian „Sebo“ Friedrich, Moritz Bremshey, Carsten Cramer, Tim Gelshäuser, Lisa Ciupka and Andreas „Paffi“ Paffrath as the main team. They act as a point of contact for all matters relating to Bayer 04. These can be requests, problems, or concerns.
FAQ black market
Bayer 04 takes the fight against the ticket black market very seriously and expressly points out that tickets may only be purchased via the Bayer 04 webshop or via the Bayer 04 ticket exchange (official secondary market). All information on the black market.
SOCCER SCHOOL
Train like the first team – if you are between six and 14 years of age and want to take part then you don't have to be part of the football club. And the target does not have to be the next World Player of the Year. Come along to the Bayer 04 Soccer School and release your enthusiasm the beautiful game.

The latest information on the service for the visually impaired, hard of hearing and wheelchair users plus the offer of big and tall seats, seats with handrails and disabled parking spaces in and around the BayArena.

The Schwadbud is the meeting point for all friends of Bayer 04 in the heart of the BayArena. Since opening in August 2014, the fan pub connects the modern with tradition and brings Bayer 04 history to life in appealing surroundings. Tradition is here not just in name.

Tickets for FC St. Pauli away game
The Werkself are away to FC St. Pauli on Matchday 5 in the 2025/26 Bundesliga campaign. The game at the Millerntor Stadion will be played on Saturday, 27 September with the kick-off at 15:30 CEST. Read on for information on ticket sales.

Up for Bayer 04: Continuing high demand for tickets & second highest ever start to jersey sales
The Werkself have completed an intensive preseason and made a successful start to the 2025/26 campaign in the DFB Pokal as the new Bundesliga season finally starts this week. And, as in the cup tie in Großaspach (4-0), head coach Erik ten Hag's team can continue to look forward to strong support from the Bayer 04 fans at the BayArena. There is continuing high demand for tickets both for match tickets and season cards. And other stats from the past weeks and months show: the fans are up for Bayer 04!

Women: Tickets on sale for home games against Union Berlin and Eintracht Frankfurt
Tickets are now on open sale for the first two Bundesliga home games for the Werkself at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium. A week after the season opener away to Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena, the Leverkusen Women play newly promoted Union Berlin on Monday, 15 September (18:00 CEST). Ten days later on Thursday, 25 September (19:00 CEST) Champions League club Eintracht Frankfurt visit the UHS. Read on for information on ticket sales.

‘I'm very happy to be here’: Tella visits Birkenberg football school
A special visit: Werkself player Nathan Tella was a guest at the local Birkenberg football school on Tuesday afternoon. Bayer 04 and the football school organised by the SportBund Leverkusen, who hold the sessions at the SC Leverkusen training pitches next to the BayArena, enable the children taking part each year to meet one of the Werkself players – this time the double winner and Nigeria international Tella ensured happy faces all round.
