general information

STADIum

  • Stadium opens: 18:00 GMT – kick-off: 20:00 GMT (21:00 CET). We recommend early arrival.
  • Away entrance: 23V
  • Away blocks: 32 – 34
  • Bayer 04 fans must not enter blocks 10, 11, 26, 28A.
  • The usual security checks will take place on entering the stadium.
  • Alcohol checks are possible at any time - people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry.
  • There are storage facilities in the away section with limited capacity and no room for large items of luggage.
  • Cashless payments only for food and drink.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the stadium.
  • Block exits will be closed from 80 minutes to 45 minutes after the final whistle.
  • By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Sport Lisboa e Benfica Stadium and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at SL Benfica.

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Wednesday 4 November at 14.00 CET or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you with lost/undelivered tickets.

MEETING POINT

The meeting point at the Praça do Comércio is available from 2 pm. There are a range of restaurants and bars here. From here you can take the metro to the stadium between 17:00 and 17:30 (approx. 700 metres from the metro to the stadium).

NB: A train ticket is required and must be purchased in advance. (Cost: €1.85). This is possible at any metro station or on site at the turnstile with your EC/credit card.

Travel by public transport

  • Take the Colégio Militar stop if travelling on the Metro.

Travel by taxi

If you travel on public transport then use the Colombo Shopping Centro as a drop off point.

The Werkself beat Olympiacos 2-0 in the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League play-off first leg to claim a crucial victory in the Greek capital. After a focused first-half display with a number of presentable chances, Patrik Schick crowned a textbook counter to hand the Werkself the lead on the hour (60’). The Czech rounded off his brace when he headed in from a corner just 144 seconds later. Bayer 04 maintained their lead with aplomb to achieve a good position for the return leg in Leverkusen.

Bayer 04 and Olympiacos had only met twice before the current UEFA Champions campaign. A bitter end to the fifth showdown of the 2025/26 VBL Club Championship as the #B04eSports team failed to take any points in the three remaining matches of the preliminary online round of the fifth and final showdown, missing out on the offline round. They can no longer take points in the overall table. Bayer 04 slipped out on the top eight, so direct participation in the final event for the German Club Championship is no longer possible, with Bayer 04 having to contest the play-offs.
