Tickets for the UCL home game against Newcastle United

Tickets go on exclusive sale to season card holders and Club members on Tuesday, 4 November at 12:00 CET.

Allocation:

  • Long-standing members (before 30.06.2022): Entire stadium
  • Members (membership from 01.07.2022 to 30.06.2025): Entire stadium (except North Stand)
  • New members (membership since 01.07.2025): Blocks F4 and F9

How to order:

Distribution:

  • All match tickets will exclusively be available on the Bayer 04 app in the ‘My account’ section.
  • Ticket purchasers have the option to administer the ticket there (forward, download as wallet file and/or Print@home ticket).

Payment options:

  • Online shop: Debit card, credit card, PayPal

Ticket limits:

  • There is a limit of two tickets per purchaser for this game.
  • Tickets, already secured on BundesligaPLUS season card option, are included in the limit.
    • For season card holders (BundesligaPLUS), season cards held count towards the ticket limit.
    • Season card holders like members can purchase two tickets.

Ticket exchange:

  • The ticket exchange is live from the start of ticket sales.
  • Posting and purchasing ticket exchange seats exchange is possible from that point.

  • Tickets for the away section are exclusively available from the visiting club.

Online shop pre-authentication:

  • Pre-authentication and the waiting room are activated from 11:30 CET.
  • Fans must verify themselves before entering the waiting room.
  • Only members, who are members before 10.00 CET, can verify themselves.
  • The email address used for verification must be the same as the address for the Bayer 04 account.
  • Verification using another email address is not possible.
  • The eligible fan must first enter their email address.
  • If this corresponds to the email address used for their Bayer 04 account an email will be sent with a six-digit verification code.
  • The fan will receive an error message if they do not correspond.
  • The verification code must be entered at the next stage (N.B.: The code runs out after ten minutes after which a new code must be requested)
  • The fan will enter the waiting room once the verification process has been completed.

Online shop waiting room:

  • Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
  • Fans will be able to enter the Bayer 04 online shop from 12:00 CET in random order.
  • The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
  • All other fans join the back of the queue from 12:00 CET.

Bayer 04 Women moved up to third place in the Bundesliga table, overnight at least, thanks to a commanding 4-2 win away at Carl Zeiss Jena on Sunday afternoon.
