The Bayer 04 fan liaisons are Andreas “Paffi” Paffrath, Lucia “Lucy” Thum, Sebastian “Sebo” Friedrich, Moritz Bremshey, Carsten Cramer, Tim Gelshäuser, Lisa Ciupka and Fabian Sauer. The team acts as a point of contact for all matters relating to Bayer 04. These may include requests, problems or concerns.

Outside matchday's, whether home or away, fan liaison is available to you via phone, email or in person. It answers questions and issues, passes these on if necessary and/or negotiates. In addition to direct work with fans, fan liaison also acts as an interface to many other areas and not just those at Bayer 04.
The Fan container in C Block opens two hours before kick-off for home games.
