A wide range of tours of the BayArena are available every month for families and individuals.

Join a BayArena tour to experience exclusive moments and unique insights into one of the most modern football stadia in Europe. Sit on the bench, enjoy the walk down the players tunnel and feel part of the Werkself. We'll take you down to the pitch. Anecdotes and stories from our tour guides all about Bayer 04 plus short films at different points in the stadium round off a very special experience.

The meeting point for public BayArena tours is at the Service Area OST on the east side of the BayArena opposite McDonald's. Public matchday tours take place ahead of every home match. Booking is required for all tours both for groups and individuals. Booking and further information is available by calling 0049 (0)214 5000 1904 or via e-mail.

Standard: €10 

Concession: €8
Disabled, school students, apprentices and students, National Service volunteers, pensioners aged 65+ (born before 1 January 1950)

Children: (3-14 years of age): €6 

Please note: BayArena tour vouchers can be or purchased over the phone via the Bayer 04 hotline on 0049 (0)214 5000 1904 or from the Bayer 04 shops in Leverkusen city centre (Wiesdorfer Platz 9) and in Bergisch Gladbach (Hauptstr.160).

Orange Your City: BayArena floodlit in Orange

Bayer 04 are again participating in the Orange Your City campaign on this year's International Day For the Elimination of Violence Against Women. The BayArena will be floodlit in orange from 17.002 23.00 CET on 25 November.

Bayer 04 Leverkusen will send out a colourful message for the eighth year in succession: The BayArena will be lit up in purple from 17.00 to 22.00 CET today Friday 17 November to mark World Prematurity Day.

Euro 2024 Qualifiers: Ukraine take on Italy at the BayArena in November

The BayArena will host an international match for the first time in six years when Ukraine and Italy face each other on November 20th (8:45 p.m.). Bayer 04 Leverkusen has agreed to a request from the Ukrainian Football Association to be able to play the qualifying game for the 2024 European Championship at the Bundesliga club's home ground.

Wirtz & Co. in XXL – New giant banners at the BayArena

It is visible evidence of the new era at Bayer 04. Five newly-printed giant banners were attached to the south façade of the BayArena on Tuesday. Larger-than-life images of the Werkself players Florian Wirtz, Lukas Hradecky, Exequiel Palacios, Edmond Tapsoba and Robert Andrich are now in situ. They are six-metre high presentations of the present and future of the club complete with the new 'Under the Cross' brand image.

Bayer 04 groundsmen receive Pitch of the Year award among peers at BayArena

The Bayer 04 groundsmen have again been awarded the Pitch of the Year award for the 2022/23 season as the BayArena beat competition from all the other Bundesliga clubs. It’s the second year in a row the Werkself have picked up the accolade for best turf in Germany’s top flight. The award from the German FA (DFB) was handed over to Leverkusen’s head groundsman Georg Schmitz at a meeting of all Bundesliga, Bundesliga 2 and Women Bundesliga’s groundspeople at the BayArena on Monday, 11 September.
