You can find your membership number on all bills. The customer reference is the same as your membership number. Alternatively, as a Club or Teens member, you can get your membership number from your digital membership card on the Bayer 04 app under 'Membership'. Our members in the Lions Club receive a physical membership card that bears the membership number.

We provide the membership card exclusively in digital form on the Bayer 04 app under 'Membership'. This is not only sustainable but also saves you from having another plastic card in your wallet or purse.

Our members in the Lions Club will continue to receive a physical membership card.  

The delivery of your welcome pack can take several weeks. Therefore we ask you to be patient. Regardless of that, you can make use of the benefits of your membership immediately after completing your membership application.

Membership runs for a calendar year and can be cancelled up to three months before renewal. Membership is renewed for another calendar year unless cancelled by the due date. After the first year you can cancel this with a month's notice.

Please note: membership runs for a year – regardless of the particular season.

Yes, your membership is free as a season card holder. Did you pay for membership before you had your season card? Then we will happily turn your membership into free membership.

In this case please contact us using the contact form below. Select the option 'Change to free membership with season card' and enter your membership number. It will help us a lot if you also include your season card block, row and seat in the text box.

If your address and/or billing address have changed, then you can easily change these details online HERE .

Do you have a new bank account? Then complete the attached contact form providing your membership number as well as your new bank details. If you have a new credit card, you can add that to your customer account. Then please provide us with a brief message to confirm we should use this payment method for your membership fees. Please select the option 'Changing payment method for membership fees' in both cases.

Don't worry! The change within the Club is made automatically when you reach the appropriate age. You don't need to do anything. The age groups are as follows:

• Lions Club for ages 0-3 years: Free
• Lions Club for ages 4-13 years: €30 per year
• Teens for ages 14-19 years: €30 per year
• Bayer 04 Club for ages from 20 years: €45 per year

Club members from 55 years of age count as Silver Lions and can benefit from special offers and events. This does not require a separate application. All information on memberships can be found HERE.

Please note: we require a new application if a child moves from free to paid membership. This change is not made automatically. We will get back in touch with you before the end of free membership.

Children under the age of 14 are not able to make purchases and therefore cannot submit orders to the online shop. Accordingly we cannot issue online access for your child. If you want to change the personal details of your child, then please contact us using the contact form below (option: 'Notice of change for Lions Club member').

As a legal guardian you can buy tickets on behalf of your child via phone on +49 214 5000 1904 (with at least one child's ticket on the order). Please have your child's membership number ready when you place your order by telephone.

The 10% members discount on all merchandise is available to your child with his membership card at the Fanwelt or via phone – with submission of the membership number.
