The BayArena is in a residential area so we have few parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity of the stadium. We recommend using our free shuttle bus car parks at Kurtekotten. Shuttle buses to the BayArena leave at regular intervals and return after the game. Further information on travelling to home matchdays can be found HERE.

We do not sell any parking permits. These are provided exclusively to VIPs, members of the media, sponsors and disabled fans. Do you have a disabled person's pass with a disability degree of 70% and marked with a G? Then send an introductory email to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de.

Up to 30,210 fans can attend games at the BayArena. The capacity is reduced to 29,412 for European games. The BayArena opens two hours before kick-off.

Your tickets for Bayer 04 matches enable you to travel free of charge on public transport in the extended VRS and VRR area (fare zones: VRS and VRR). Please note: Tickets for the local public transport network are on the Bayer 04 app from the 2024/25 season. Details can be found HERE.

You can pay for snacks and drinks with your Giro or credit card (VISA or Mastercard) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. We only accept cash when purchasing fan merchandise. Fans without a bank account can pay with a BayArena prepaid card on matchdays.

Objects exceeding A4 size are not permitted at the BayArena. You can leave your bags at one of the storage points around the BayArena (Service OST, Service WEST or Service GAST) for a fee of €1 (in cash). Our stewards there will store and look after your bags. The storage points are open two hours before the game and close 45 minutes after the final whistle.

If you lose something at the BayArena on matchdays you can get in contact with us at the end of the following week. Please use the contact form below with the relevant reference 'Lost property'. We will look for the lost item in our lost property office.

You are welcome to bring home-made signs and placards to the BayArena. Due to fire regulations, they must not be bigger than A3 size. The stewards will confiscate signs and placards bigger than that format at the turnstiles.

In general, you can have normal cameras and also smart phones with you. Professional cameras or SLR cameras are definitely prohibited.

The decision of the stewards regarding different cameras depends on a number of factors. This includes the size of the camera, the individual area of the ground and the security level of the match. If stewards do not allow you entry with your camera you can leave it at one of our storage points.

You are welcome to upgrade your ticket at any of the matchday ticket offices. You will have to pay the difference in price between the relevant price categories. The matchday ticket offices at the service points OST, WEST and GAST open two hours before kick-off. It is not possible to change to a lower price category ticket.

We issue free lap tickets (tickets without a set seat) for children up to and including the age of three. Without a lap ticket, the smallest youngsters cannot enter the BayArena. Please note that we do not offer lap tickets for standing areas.

Serving referees have the opportunity to secure free tickets. Around two weeks before a game, the Middle Rhine Football Association organises a request list online for Bundesliga matches, which is available via this link. The request list for matches in the DFB Pokal is via this link. With a successful application, the ticket is sent via email three to five days before a game. Referees who are not successful will not receive separate notification.

Bayer 04 voluntarily provides a small allocation of tickets for serving referees for European games. The application process is the same but is via a different link.

The Association is responsible for ticket allocation in all cases. Queries, comments and advice can be submitted at any time via the following link.

We provide professional childcare for all Bundesliga home games. Everything is set up for the youngsters in the Lions Club room on the west side of the BayArena (Piazza). This service is free of charge for our youngest Lions Club members from the age of three to eight. The children are looked after by qualified personnel from when the stadium opens until just after the final whistle. Food and drink is also provided during the period of care.

Applications can be made up to the Wednesday before the individual home game via email to loewenclub@bayer04.de. There are a limited number of places.

We have set up storage areas for buggies and rollators at blocks F1 and B4.

We are happy to show your birthday greeting on our screen on matchdays. We will require the following information from you:

• Name of the birthday boy or girl
• Date of birth
• Photo of the birthday boy or girl
• Wording of greeting

Please send us the information on the contact form below. Greetings will be displayed 45 minutes before kick-off (plus or minus ten minutes). We are unable to consider other greetings (e.g. for weddings).

The Schwadbud in the East Stand at the BayArena opens two hours before kick-off for the Werkself home games. As with the kiosks, payment at the Schwadbud can only be made using Girocard or credit card (VISA or Mastercard) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not offer table reservations for the Schwadbud. Just pop in.

Bayer 04 fans can enjoy a pleasurable end to a matchday after the final whistle at Black and Red home games at the beer garden on the Piazza in the north-east side of the BayArena. A DJ plays music to provide a good atmosphere. The roof over the beer garden for the 2024/25 season offers a dry and pleasant stay. Further information is available HERE.

This is in A lower tier (Blocks A1 to A3) on the south-east side of the stadium. The youngest Bayer 04 fans not only enjoy reduced ticket prices (up to and including the age of 13) but also numerous events in the block, visits from Brian the Lion as well as a kids menu. Members of the Lions Club also have the opportunity to get tickets for home games for a special allocation in the family block (requests via newsletter).

The Club mobile shop is a meeting point for all members and Bayer 04 fans on the east side of the BayArena at all home games (Bismarckstraße level with Block B4, before the ticket checks). Experienced Bayer 04 employees are available to fans for all questions on memberships or all other topics. They are available from three hours before the game until around 15 minutes before kick-off.
