Ticket sales & matchday ticket office

Away tickets are available from the Fortuna Sittard online ticket shop up to kick-off. In addition, there will be an ticket office near the away section (South Stand) on the day of the game from when the stadium opens.

general information

We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours and fan merchandise going to and from the game. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to the specific host club.

Stadium

• Stadium opens: 18:00 CEST – kick-off: 19:00 CEST
• Away entrance: UIT
• Away blocks: UITVAK
• The usual security checks will take place on entering the stadium
• Alcohol checks are possible at any time - people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry
• There are no storage facilities in the away section
• Food and drink can only be paid for by card.
• Smoking is banned throughout the stadium- including the stands
• By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Fortuna Sittard Stadion and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at Fortuna Sittard are accepted.

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Thursday 31 July at 14.00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you with lost/undelivered tickets.

Travelling by coach

• Coaches must be registered with number plate by two days before the game at the latest via email to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de to ensure smooth operation on the day
