General information

  • We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours going to and from the game other than on the special train. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to host club on the day of the match.
  • There can be thorough entry checks. Please follow the instructions of the security personnel. Speak to us if there are any problems.

Stadium

  • Stadium opens: 13.30 CET – kick-off: 15.30 CET
  • Away entrance: Gäste Süd (Visitors South)
  • Away blocks: 29, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36
  • The usual security checks will take place at the entrance to the stadium.
  • Alcohol checks are possible – people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry.
  • Storage facilities: Available at away block (cost: €2.00 / Capacity: limited)
  • Payment for all food and drink is possible via the all usual payment methods
  • By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Volkswagen Arena and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at VfL Wolfsburg are accepted.

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Thursday at 14.00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. At the weekend or on the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you if you do not have a ticket!

Fan paraphernalia

    • Flags up to max. 1.5 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC)
    • Fan club banners or fence flags (as long as space is available – emergency exits and advertising hoardings must remain clear)

    • Next to the away entrance on the left
    • With three people and representatives of the Fan Liaison team
    • For permissions not covered by the stadium regulations (e.g. megaphones, drums, large flags) the holder will be stopped. Personal details will be quickly taken and destroyed after the game.

  • Travelling by coach
    • Away coach parking via ‘In den Allerwiesen’ (GoogleMaps coordinates)
    • Address for satnav: In den Allerwiesen 1, 38446 Wolfsburg
    • ONLY for coaches and vehicles with a police escort
  • Travelling by nine seaters/ cars
  • Travelling by public transport
    • Based on the proximity to the city centre, the Volkswagen Arena is a short walk from the Wolfsburg main station/bus station and the inner city. Travelling travelling on public transport is therefore particularly recommended on matchdays.
    • All match tickets entitle you to travel free of charge on the buses of the Wolfsburger Verkehrsgesellschaft (WVG) four hours before and to the end of services after the game.

Safety plan 'Wo geht‘s nach Panama?' (how do I get to Panama?)

On matchdays, male and female assistants from Team Panama are in and around the stadium in striking pink vests. There is also a safe room available for people affected by discrimination of any type such as sexism, racism and homophobia were help and support is available. On site there is psychosocial emergency care and there is contact to the medical services. Away fans are asked to call the number given and they will be collected from the away section and accompanied to the safe room.

Bayer 04 has presented the groups on the Monheim council with extensively revised proposals for the planned Campus. A disappointing Sunday afternoon in the Hanseatic city: The Bayer 04 Women missed out on a place in the DFB Pokal quarter-finals after a penalty shoot-out at Hamburger SV.
