Fan information for away game at Bayern Munich

The Bayer 04 Fan Liaison team has all the info you need for the Bundesliga match against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena on Saturday, 28 September (kick-off: 6.30pm CEST).

Stadium

  • Stadium opens: 4.15pm - Kick-off: 6.30pm.
  • Away entrance: ‘Gäste’ entrance next to ‘Nord’ entrance
  • Access for all wheelchair users, including guests, is via the South Entrance (Entrance 1)
  • Away blocks: P+N - upper tier 339-347 and middle tier 242-246
  • The usual security checks will take place at the entrance to the stadium.
  • Alcohol checks are possible – people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry. Random tests are possible at any time.
  • Bag storage is available at the away block for a cost of €2. Space is limited.
  • Additional use of metal detectors is a possibility.
  • Payment for food and drinks is strictly cashless with EC and credit card or mobile. Further information can be found here: Paying at the Allianz Arena
  • By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Allianz Arena and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) of Bayern Munich are recognised.
  • Please show consideration for each other and leave the stairways clear.

Tickets

  • Ticket sales in Leverkusen have finished. All tickets have been sold
  • Matchday ticket office for Bayer 04 seats: closed
  • Print@home tickets can also be stored on mobile phones

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Thursday at 2pm or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you if you have ticketing problems.

Fan paraphernalia

  • Permitted items:
    • Flags up to max. 1.5 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC)
    • Fence flags/fan club banners (content of own or fan club name): unlimited (max. height 1 metre, if space is available. Due to the boxes below, the fence flags in the upper tier may not be hung lower than the lower edge of the climbing protection).
  • For different fan materials, please send an e-mail to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de in good time.
  • Banner and material checks
    • Separate checks of fan paraphernalia (megaphones, waving flags, drums, flags, double holders, fence flags) at the security gate at the away entrance.
    • With five people and representatives from fan liaison.

Travel & parking

  • Travel by coach
  • Travel by minibus
    • Parking in away bus car park (former north bus car park)
    • Vehicles too tall to enter away car park (over two metres) need to park with coaches in the away bus car park.
    • Google Maps directions
    • Parking fee: €15
  • Travel by car
  • Wheelchair users arriving by car can only park in car park P1 on level 3. Access for all wheelchair users, including the guests, is therefore via the South Entrance (Entrance 1).
  • Travel by public transport
    • Away fans (with tickets from the away section) travelling to the Allianz Arena by underground can no longer reach the south entrance of the Allianz Arena via the Esplanade, but via the footpath at Fröttmaninger Heide (on the other side of the underground tracks) to the away entrance.
