The Werkself are away to Mainz 05 in the last game of the 2024/25 season on Bundesliga Matchday 34. The match at the MEWA Arena on Saturday, 17 May, kicks off at 15:30 CEST. Information on ticket sales.

Tickets go on exclusive sale to Bayer 04 Club members and season card holders on Wednesday, 9 April at 12:00 CEST. Ticket sales will end on 13 April (23:59 CEST) – providing tickets are still available up to then. There are no plans for tickets to be sold to new members (since 1 July 2024).

How to order:

Distribution:

  • Tickets are exclusively available as print@home tickets.
  • Tickets will be sent out in good time ahead of the game.

Further information:

  • Ticket limit: 2
  • Concessions: School students, students, trainees and apprentices, pensioners, people with over 50% disability, and federal volunteer service participants.
  • Ticket prices include €1.00 administration fee.

Online shop pre-authentication:

  • Pre-authentication and the waiting room are activated from 11:30 CEST.
  • Fans must verify themselves before entering the waiting room.
  • The email address used for verification must be the same as the address for the Bayer 04 account. Verification using another email address is not possible.
  • The eligible fan must first enter their email address.
  • If this corresponds to the email address used for their Bayer 04 account an email will be sent with a six-digit verification code. The fan will receive an error message if they do not correspond.
  • The verification code must be entered at the next stage (N.B.: The code runs out after ten minutes after which a new code must be requested)
  • The fan will enter the waiting room once the verification process has been completed.

Online shop queuing system:

  • Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
  • Fans will be able to enter the web shop from 12:00 CEST in random order.
  • The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
  • All other fans join the back of the queue from 12:00 CEST.

Second game, second draw in the UEFA Champions League 2025/26: The Werkself were held to a 1-1 draw by Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven on matchday two in the league phase. After an early but brief setback in the form of an offside goal by Ivan Perisic for the visitors (5'), the Werkself took control and created numerous good chances in the first half. Leverkusen took a deserved lead after the break in the 65th minute through Christian Kofane. However, PSV's Ismael Saibari replied a few minutes later to level at 1-1 (72').

Bayer 04 3:2 PSV - U19s win second Youth League match

Bayer 04 beat PSV Eindhoven 3-2 on matchday two to clock up the next three points in the UCL Youth League 2025/26. In front of just under 500 spectators at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium, the visitors from the Netherlands led at half-time, but the Werkself turned the game round in the second 45. That makes it two wins on the bounce after the victory in Copenhagen.
