Tickets for first half of 2019/20 season

The new Bundesliga season kicks off in the middle of August. And the Werkself begin the league campaign with a home game: Newly promoted SC Paderborn visit the BayArena on 17/18 August. The support of Bayer 04 fans is obviously needed again this term when the Werkself are in action at the BayArena – the first phase of ticket sales for home games starts next Tuesday.

Matchday tickets are available as usual in several stages:

Phase 1:
Tuesday 9 July marks the start of the sale of  MY PACKAGES plus matchday tickets for the opening game of the season against SC Paderborn exclusively for Bayer 04 members. MY PACKAGE enables Werkself fans to put together an individual group of matches of three home game against opponents from each the  A, B and C categories. Tickets go on open sale  from Tuesday 16 July.

Phase 2:
In the second phase, Werkself supporters can purchase tickets for the home games in the first half of the season against TSG Hoffenheim, Union Berlin, RB Leipzig, Werder Bremen, Borussia Mönchengladbach, SC Freiburg, FC Schalke 04 and Hertha BSC. Bayer 04 Club members have first refusal from Tuesday 30 July before the remaining tickets go on open sale a week later on Tuesday 6 August.

The Werkself's opponents are divided into three categories at different prices:

  • Category A comprises the top matches against Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich and FC Köln.
  • Category B covers the games against SC Paderborn, TSG Hoffenheim, Union Berlin, RB Leipzig, Werder Bremen, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Schalke 04, Hertha Berlin, Fortuna Düsseldorf, Eintracht Frankfurt and Mainz 05.
  • The matches in Category C provide an attractive taster offer for families.

Delivery information:

  • For tickets sent via the post there is a p&p charge in the sum of €4 per order.
  • Free delivery is available via email as a print@home ticket.

 Payment information:

  • Payment options for telephone and online orders: Direct debit, PayPal, credit card (VISA, EUROCARD).
  • Payment options  at the Bayer 04 shops: Cash, EC-card, credit card (VISA, EUROCARD).

Advice on ticket sales:

  • Tickets for the Bayer 04 fan area (Blocks SC-SE, C-E) are exclusively reserved for Bayer 04 supporters.
  • A maximum of four tickets per person applies to the Category A home games against Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and FC Köln.
  • Tickets for the away end can only be purchased via the visiting club.

The Bayer 04 ticket exchange is live at the start of the matchday ticket sales to Club members. That means the ticket exchange for the home game against SC Paderborn on 9 July 2019.

The Ticketing section draws attention to adhering to the General ticket sale terms and conditions (ATGB) when purchasing Bayer 04 tickets.
