Die Vollsperrung auf der A1 wegen dringend notwendiger Reperaturarbeiten beginnt am Donnerstag, 11. August, um 22 Uhr, und endet spätestens am Montag, 14. August, um 5 Uhr. In der Zeit können nur Fußgänger und Radfahrer den Übergang nutzen. Während der Vollsperrung arbeiten acht Schweißteams rund um die Uhr an der Sanierung der von vielen Rissen durchzogenen Brücke.
Die BayArena wird am Samstag, 13. August, um 12.30 Uhr geöffnet. Höhepunkt der Saisoneröffnung ist das Testspiel der Werkself gegen den spanischen Klub Real Sociedad San Sebastián, das um 14.30 Uhr angepfiffen wird. Beendet wird das bunte Programm für alle Bayer 04-Fans mit der Autogrammstunde ab 17 Uhr.

The "highly motivated" Leverkusen team will face the defending champions FOKUS with well-known influencer Elias ‘EliasN97’ Nerlich in the quarter-finals in Frankfurt on Friday, 20 March (from 18:15 CET). Bayer 04 lost 2-0 at Arsenal FC in the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League round of 16 second leg. Eberechi Eze (36') and Declan Rice (63') scored the goals for the Gunners.
