Matej Kovar joins PSV Eindhoven in permanent deal
Goalkeeper Matej Kovar is joining Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven from Bayer 04 Leverkusen on permanent terms.
PSV's 5-1 win over Excelsior Rotterdam at the start of 2026 in the Eredivisie activated the obligation to buy the Czechia keeper, who was initially transferred to PSV Eindhoven on loan from the Werkself in the summer of 2025. Kovar came to Leverkusen from Manchester United in 2023.
