Pol García – assistant coach
Assistant manager Pol García joined Bayer 04 for the 2026/27 season alongside head coach Carles Martínez. García had previously worked with his Spanish compatriot in the youth setup at Espanyol Barcelona and, most recently, at FC Toulouse in France before moving to Bayer 04.
