We are the competent and performance-oriented technical service provider for Bayer 04 Leverkusen Fußball GmbH in the areas of greenkeeping, operational facility management, strategic construction management and construction management and projects.

TecArena-Plus GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayer 04 Leverkusen Fußball GmbH.

Scope of duties

GroundSkeeping

The tasks of TecArena-Plus in this area consist primarily of maintaining the grass surfaces at the BayArena, at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium, on the training pitches at the stadium and at the Kurtekotten Performance Centre. The scope of duties also includes the maintenance of the playing and training equipment as well as the machinery, and the management of snow clearing and gritting.

Operational building management

The tasks of TecArena-Plus in this area consist primarily of cleaning management of the BayArena, waste management, occupational health and safety and electrics. TecArena-Plus is also responsible for seating on matchdays and at conferences as well as the management of the locking system.

Strategic building management

The tasks of TecArena-Plus in this area consist primarily of the administration of technical facilities, maintenance management, support and maintenance of media technology as well as MOT testing. TecArena-Plus is also responsible for the development of fire protection concepts and escape and rescue route plans, as well as energy and environmental management.

Building management and Projects

The tasks of TecArena-Plus in this area consist primarily of the extensive field of project management and implementation of Bayer 04-related projects, including stakeholder management, ensuring complete documentation and ensuring compliance with Bayer 04 guidelines.
