All VIP areas at the BayArena open two hours before kick-off on home matchdays.

The VIP areas close 120 minutes after the end of the match on home matchdays. The only exception: the North VIP Event Boxes close 60 minutes after the final whistle

We are happy to welcome children in the VIP areas of the BayArena. Please note the following:

• Children aged 0-3 years require a lap ticket (free of charge)
• Children aged 4-13 years need a children's ticket (€99 plus VAT)

All persons aged 14 and over pay the full price for a VIP ticket. There are no reduced-price tickets for the severely disabled / school students, trainees and students / people doing voluntary service and pensioners / senior citizens aged 65 and above.

In each VIP area, you will receive a reserved seat at an allocated table. To find your table, you will need the name of the ticket holder, which is usually the company who ordered the tickets.

Season tickets and matchday tickets in the VIP area are accessible via the Bayer 04 app and will also be sent to the email address you provided. As soon as you have logged in to the Bayer 04 app with your access data, you can find your tickets via the Profile tab and there under My Tickets.

If you have problems with your tickets on the day of the match or if you wish to purchase additional tickets (lap and children's tickets), you can use the box offices on the day. For the VIP areas West, this is box office 23 in the West area, for the VIP areas North, East and South, box offices 15-17 in the East area of the BayArena are available. Your personal contact will also be happy to help you.

Commercial resale or auctioning is strictly prohibited. If a ticket is resold, Bayer 04 may declare the ticket invalid and refuse entry to the stadium. You can find our terms and conditions (ATGB) HERE.

The BayArena is located in a residential area, so there are only a few car parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity of the stadium. We recommend you use our free shuttle bus carparks at Kurtekotten. From there, shuttle buses run at regular intervals to the BayArena and back again after the game. The entire BayArena is a smoke-free stadium, but there are special smoking areas in the VIP areas. Our hostesses will be happy to show you where they are located.

Lost property will be deposited at the hostess counter of the respective VIP area during operating hours. Items left behind after the match will be deposited at South Reception at the BayArena from the second working day after the respective matchday, which can be reached by dialling 0049 (0)214 8660 208. After four weeks, the lost property will be handed over to the lost property office of the city of Leverkusen.

Bringing your own drinks and mugs is prohibited. The same applies to taking drinks from the VIP area.

In addition, only bags not exceeding A4 size are permitted. All other bags must be handed in at the appropriate drop-off points in front of the BayArena.
