
The match will be played at the Waldstadion Betzental in St. Ingbert. If coach Roberto Pätzold's team goes through, the Round of 16 tie will be between 15 and 17 November. The quarter-finals follow on 11 and 12 March 2026, before the semi-finals for the remaining four teams take place from 4 to 6 April 2026. The final will be played on Ascension Day, 14 May 2026, as usual at FC Köln’s RheinEnergieSTADION.
Before the DFB Pokal tie, the Black and Reds start the new Google Pixel Women's Bundesliga season next Saturday. The game away to Germany champions Bayern Munich kicks off at 17:45 CEST (live on ARD, MagentaSport and DAZN) at the Allianz Arena and is the official opening fixture. The Bayer 04 Women have kept their chance of qualifying for the Champions League alive in the Bundesliga run-in. Coach Roberto Pätzold's team won 4-0 at SGS Essen on Sunday afternoon, improving their record from last season to 14 wins this term. With 43 points, the Werkself equalled another record from the 2024/25 season and at the same time reduced the gap to third-placed Eintracht Frankfurt to two points, at least for tonight. Loreen Bender (4’), Kristin Kögel (41’, 68’) and Cornelia Kramer (89’) scored for the Black and Reds, who dominated the game to record their fourth win on the bounce.
