Women: Matchday schedules 13-14 confirmed
The FLYERALARM Women’s Bundesliga has just started the winter break – league action returns in February. The German Football Association (DFB) this week confirmed the schedules for matchdays 13 and 14.
The western clash away to SGS Essen on matchday 13 is on Saturday, 5 February (13.00 CET, live on MagentaSport). The two Bundesliga teams meet again in Essen three and a half weeks later in the DFB Cup quarter-finals.
The Werkself Women start matchday 14 on Friday, 11 February at 18.00 CET (live on Eurosport and MagentaSport) with the game against FFC Turbine Potsdam.

Donation of cash and food: U19s support Leverkusen food bank
€1,000 and food for a good cause: In keeping with the long-standing cooperation between Bayer 04 and the Tafel Leverkusen e.V. food bank, the U19s are also supporting the charitable organisation in the region. In addition to the generous cheque the team were able to donate to an organisation of their choice as a result of their participation in the UEFA Youth League, coach Kevin Brok's lads donated €500 worth of food - financed by their own team kitty. Ferdinand Pohl, Jesper Schlich and Co. also actively helped to stow the food in the Tafel's premises.
