Muscle injury rules out captain Repohl for several weeks

Bayer 04 Leverkusen will have to manage without captain Friederike Repohl for the next few weeks. The 31-year-old keeper, who has played in six matches this season, suffered a muscle injury to her left thigh in training.

Repohl missed last Sunday’s home game against VfL Wolfsburg (1-5 ) at short notice due to the injury. She will complete her rehab at the Werkstatt, the club's training and rehabilitation centre at the BayArena.
