Matchday tickets for the home game against SGS Essen go on sale on Tuesday 31 August at 10.00 CEST. Tickets for the next home game on Bundesliga matchday 3 against FFC Turbine Potsdam will also be available this week: Tickest go on sale on Wednesday 1 September at 10.00 CEST.
We want to celebrate the return of the fans after one and a half seasons behind closed doors: All tickets for the first two home games are available at the reduced price of €5 each and children up to the age of five have free entry (with lap ticket). There are 654 tickets available per match. All the seats at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium can be used. There are no standing tickets.
Matchdays tickets can be ordered by phone via the Bayer 04 Service Centre on 0049 (0)214 5000 1904 (payment methods: direct debit or credit card). Tickets will be sent out exclusively by e-mail (print@home and eTicket). Tickets are not valid for travel on the local transport network.
The matchday ticket offices open one hour before kick-off – against Essen at 13.30 CEST and Potsdam at 18.15 CEST. Cash payments only.
Bayer 04 requires compliance with the General ticketing terms and conditions (ATGB) and the Special T&Cs on the purchase of Bayer 04 tickets.
2G rule
Access to the stadium requires proof of full vaccination against coronavirus or complete recovery from coronavirus. Pregnant women and people with medical exemptions – must produce a negative coronavirus flow test.
Proof of a negative Covid-19 test is not required for children under 5 years of age. Young people from 6 to 19 have to present a negative coronavirus flow test (presentation of school student ID is not sufficient).
access and Mask mandate
The stadium opens one hour before kick-off. Fans can take their seats against Essen at 13.30 CEST and against Potsdam from 18.15 CEST. Access to the Ulrich Haberland Stadium is via the North-West entrance on the flyover side. At the entrance, stewards will inspect tickets and proof of 2G and 3G. Spectators must check in at the entrance using a QR code for track and trace identification. Face coverings (FFP2 or medical masks) must be worn up to your seat where they can be taken off.
Bayer 04 will not provide catering facilities, spectators may bring their own food and drink (non-alcoholic up to 0.5 litres in PET bottles).

The previous Executive Box partner pure.energy has extended their commitment and taken the established partnership with the current German runners-up to the next highest level.
