Head coach Roberto Pätzold will lead the first training session of the year at the training ground at the Kurtekotten Performance Centre on Monday, 6 January, starting at 11.30 CET. The first friendly during the winter break will be played at the same venue four days later against the Belgian side Anderlecht. The Leverkusen Women then have a winter training camp in Oliva Nova on the Spanish Mediterranean coast from Sunday 12 January to Sunday 19 January. The team will play two friendlies there.
The Werkself return to action in the Google Pixel Women's Bundesliga a week before the normal restart. On Sunday, 26 January (kick-off: 12.00 CET), captain Friederike Repohl and Co. play SC Freiburg in the rearranged fixture from Matchday 1. Five days later there is an away game at Eintracht Frankfurt on Matchday 13 on Friday, 31 January (18.30 CET).

The previous Executive Box partner pure.energy has extended their commitment and taken the established partnership with the current German runners-up to the next highest level.
