There will be plenty of opportunities to join in with the fun on the east and west sides of the BayArena: That includes bouncy castles, face painting, goal wall shooting and stilt walking – the youngest Bayer 04 fans are sure to enjoy themselves! All the events can be found on the layout plan (see below).

In addition, there is also catering at family-friendly prices: For just €7.00 (plus a €2.00 deposit) there is a combined offer of a Bratwurst and a drink at all kiosks at the BayArena where catering is available.
Please note: The Schwadbud is closed for the home game against Union Berlin due to a private event for fans.
On the east side of the BayArena, fans young and old have the chance to test themselves against the Werkself players as well as the opportunity to win exclusive prizes in the 'Niedax Beat the Pro' challenge from when the stadium opens to kick-off. The rules are simple and all fans can take part: There are five attempts to put more balls in the mini goal than the professional players.
The Bayer 04 players Aleix Garcia, Emiliano Buendía and Kristin Kögel have made virtual submissions and you can see the outcome HERE. Can you go one better? Can you beat Garcia and Co.?
The top scoring participants, who find the back of the net more often than the players, will receive exclusive prizes from Niedax – including three prizes of a jersey (2025/26 season) including choice of lettering and number with autograph as well as three prizes of a jersey (2025/26 season) signed by all the Werkself players. There will also be a draw amongst everybody taking part for five pairs of tickets in the stands for the first Bayer 04 Bundesliga home game next season.
Bayer 04 fans can again secure special Black and Red paraphernalia for a good cause at the fans jumble stand (Fantrödel Stand) by Block B3 (OST). Donations can also be made to the women's aid organisation Frauennotruf Leverkusen e.V. in cash (no card payments). As not all items can be taken into the ground, articles bought at the jumble stand will be kept safe until after the final whistle. A cloakroom ticket will be issued for collection.
The special jersey ‘120 years in White’ is exclusively available on the matchday at the Bayer 04 Fanwelt in the south stand at the BayArena for just €99. In addition, Lukas Hradecky printing is available for an additional €14.90.
There will also be further merch offers on the matchday – from the Fanwelt but also from the online Bayer 04 shop. Overview*:
*The reduced prices for the family matchday are valid at the Bayer 04 online shop on Saturday from 00:00 to 23:59 CEST.

A fresh look for the BayArena: The Bayer 04 stadium will have new seating in the form of folding seats for the 2026/27 campaign that will ensure significantly improved seating comfort and simplified movement within the rows of seats. As part of routine replacement after 17 years, fans of the Werkself were able to purchase the existing seats, used to witness the first German league title in the club's history. In addition, a large proportion of the seats will be donated to charitable projects, primarily in the local region. Bayer 04 fans can look forward to new, functional folding seats for the season opener at the beginning of August - still in the club colours of black and red, of course.
