STADIum

• Stadium opens: 17:30 CEST – Kick-off: 19:00 CEST.
• Away entrance: Gates J & K in the south corner
• Away blocks: J & K
• The usual security checks will take place at the entrance to the stadium. Alcohol checks are possible - people strongly under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry
• There is no storage area in the away section
• Payment for food and drink is cashless only with debit card, credit card or mobile
• By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Emirates Stadium and Arsenal FC's General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) are recognised
• Show consideration for others and please leave the stairways clear

• Ticket sales in Leverkusen have finished.
• No tickets available on the day for Bayer 04 fans.

Important note: anyone who has not received a ticket by Friday at 14:00 or has misplaced their ticket can contact the Bayer 04 service centre. At the weekend or on the day of the match, we as the Fan Liaison team CANNOT help you with tickets that are not available!

FAN PARAPHERNALIA

• Permitted items:
  • Flags up to max. 1x1 m and flagpoles no thicker than a conventional pen.
  • Fan club banners or fence flags up to max. 1x1 m (as long as space is available – exits must remain clear)

• Arsenal reserves the right to stop service if fans misbehave.

CAMERAs

• Film and sound recordings only for private purposes
• NO professional equipment allowed (e.g. telephoto lenses, camera bags, additional lenses, tripods, screw-mountable cameras)

The mobile fan shop will not be on site.
