Fan information for away game at SC Freiburg

We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours going to and from the game other than on the special train. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to the specific host club.

StadiUM

• Stadium opens: 15:30 CEST – kick-off: 17:30 CEST
• Away entrance: E4 ‘Gäste’
• Away blocks: N6, N7 (standing), N16, N17 (seated)
• The usual security checks will take place on entering the stadium.
• Alcohol checks are possible at any time - people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry.
• There are storage facilities in the away section with limited capacity. Cost: €2.00 in cash.
• Food and drink can be paid for in cash and by card.
• Smoking is strictly banned in the stands.
• By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Europa Park Stadion and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at SC Freiburg are accepted.

tickets/matchday ticket office

• Ticket sales in Leverkusen have finished.
• There is no matchday ticket office.
• The print@home tickets have to be printed off and carried/can also be shown on smartphones.

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by 2 May at 14:00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you with lost/undelivered tickets.

FAN PARAPHERNALIA

• Permitted items:
  • Flags up to max. 2.0 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC).
  • Fan club banners and fence flags (providing space is available - emergency exits must be kept clear).
  • For other fan materials please submit an email in advance to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de.

directions & PARKing

Travelling by coach

• Coaches must be registered with number plate by two days before the game at the latest via email to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de to ensure smooth operation on the day.
• Satnav address: Granadaallee; Beschilderung P1-P4 folgen; Parkplatz P4
• Cost: €20.00

Travelling by 9 seater/car

• With the exception of the coach park there are no parking facilities for away fans at the stadium.
• SC Freiburg advise use of the Park+Ride options or car parks on the neighbouring trade fair site

Travelling by public transport

• The match ticket does NOT include use of public transport.
