general information

We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours going to and from the game other than on the special train. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to the specific host club.

Stadium

  • Stadium opens: 18:00 CEST – kick-off: 19:30 CEST
  • Away entrance: E – Nordkurve (North Stand)
  • Access to the away section is in between the Feldstraße U-Bahn station and the Jet petrol station
  • Away blocks: G & H (standing) - N5, N6, N7 (seated)
  • The usual security checks will take place on entering the stadium
  • Alcohol checks are possible at any time - people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry
  • There are no storage facilities in the away section
  • Food and drink can be paid for in cash and by card.
  • By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for the Millerntor Stadium and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at FC St. Pauli are accepted

TICKETS/MATCHDAY TICKET OFFICE

  • Ticket sales in Leverkusen have finished.
  • All tickets have been sold
  • Please note: Bayer 04 are testing ticketing via the app for this game (further information)

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by 17 April at 14.00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you with lost/undelivered tickets.

FAN PARAPHERNALIA

  • Permitted items:
    • Flags up to max. 2.0 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC)
    • Fan club banners and fence flags (providing space is available - emergency exits, advertising hoardings and LED advertising below the away section must be kept clear)
  • For other fan materials please submit an email in advance to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de
  • Banner and materials checks
    • At the entrance to the away section
    • With five or six members of the Fan Liaison team

Guide for people with disabilities

  • Registration for away wheelchair spaces is via our disability fan liaison officer Andreas ‘Paffi’ Paffrath (Tel.: 0049 (0)214 / 8660-860 / Email: paffi@bayer04.de)

  • Wheelchair spaces for away fans are in the main stand R1 towards the away section
  • Entry is via the access to the main stand/wheelchair entrance
  • There is commentary for the visually impaired at the Millerntor Stadium. This is available throughout the stadium at the VHF frequency 98.6 MHz. We can lead new receiving sets

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

  • Travelling by bus
    • Coaches must be registered with number plate by two days before the game at the latest via email to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de to ensure smooth operation on the day
    • Space for up to six coaches, satnav address: Feldstraße 71, 20359 Hamburg
    • Other coaches can park on Helgoländer Allee
  • Travelling by nine seaters/cars
    • As it is the last day of the Dom funfair on the day the match it is not possible to park on Heiligengeistfeld
    • Car park at the Rindermarkthalle shopping centre (Satnav address: Neuer Kamp 31, 20359 Hamburg)
    • Cost: €2.50 per hour.
    • There are other multi-storey car parks around the Millerntor Stadium. As the Dom funfair is already open on Sunday before the game it is advisable to look for car parks with plenty of time and patience
  • Travelling by public transport
    • PLEASE NOTE: The entrance to the away section is in the immediate vicinity of the Feldstraße U-Bahn station (U3). The U3 travels in the direction of Barmbek from the main station south Hauptbahnhof Süd) every ten minutes. The journey to Feldstraße takes 11 minutes.
    • Travel from the main station (Hauptbahnhof) on the U3 line in the direction of Schlump-Barmbek to the St. Pauli stop (travel time: nine minutes). Bus routes 112 plus 16 and 17 also stop at the St. Pauli station. In the nights from Monday to Friday you can also use routes 601, 607, 608, 609, 610 and 641
    • There is a three-minute walk from Bahnhof St. Pauli to the Millerntor Stadium
    • The match ticket is NOT valid for travel on the local transport network

  • Food and drinks are available in the away section

  • Bags and rucksacks are allowed but they must be searched.
  • There are no storage facilities

  • Video and audio material recording for private purposes only
  • NO professional equipment (e.g. telephoto lenses, additional bags, additional lenses, tripods, screw-mountable cameras)

  • If you or somebody with you needs support then you can contact the service people at the kiosk or the security staff and ask for the Awareness team or give the password 'Paulin' – then you will receive help as soon as possible.
