Fan information for away game at Borussia Dortmund

GENERAL ADVICE

• We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours going to and from the game unless travelling on the relief train. This is for your own protection.

STADIUM

• Stadium opens: 18.00 CET – Kick-off: 20:30 CET.
• Away entrance: Eingang Nord (North entrance)
• Away blocks: Blocks 08 / 60 / 61 (standing), Block 70 / 75 (seated)
• The usual security checks will take place at the entrance to the stadium.
• Alcohol checks are possible – people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry.
• Storage facilities: 50 cents in cash. Limited capacity.
• The away storage facilities are opposite the away entrance on the north side of the stadium and on Turnweg next to the Stadion Rote Erde. They close 30 minutes after the end of the game.
• Payment for all food and drink is cashless. In addition, there is the option of purchasing a stadium tab for payments.
• By purchasing a ticket, the currently valid stadium regulations for SIGNAL IDUNA PARK and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) at Borussia Dortmund are accepted.
• Show consideration for each other and keep the gangways clear.

tickets/ matchday tickeT office

• Ticket sales in Leverkusen have finished / All tickets have been sold.
• Matchday ticket office for Bayer 04 fans: closed
• Print@Home tickets can be displayed on mobiles.

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by Thursday at 14.00 or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. At the weekend or on the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you if you do not have a ticket!

FAN paraphernalia

• erlaubte Utensilien:
  • Flags up to max. 1.5 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC)
  • Fan club banners and fence flags (as long as space is available – exits must remain clear
  • For other fan materials please submit an email in good time to fanbetreuung@bayer04.de.
• Banner and materials check
  • Next to the away entrance
  • With three people and representatives of the Fan Liaison team
  • For permissions not covered by the stadium regulations (e.g. megaphones, drums, large flags) the holder will be stopped. Personal details will be quickly taken and destroyed after the game.

relief train for BAYER 04 FANS

A relief train from the Deutsche Bahn (carriages from TRI Train Rental GmbH) is available to Bayer 04 fans. The planned departure times are as follows:

TO THE GAME

• Leverkusen - Mitte                                   17:00 CET             Platform 04
• Dortmund - Westfalenstadion               18:16 CET              Platform 04

 RETURN FROM GAME

• Dortmund - Hauptbahnhof                     23:52 CET            Gleis 04
• Leverkusen - Mitte                                   01:16 CET             Gleis 04

Tickets for the special train can be collected from the Fan House up to Thursday at 16.00 CET.

Please note: Glass bottles are banned. There will be no tickets sales available for the relief train. This is covered buy tickets for the public transport network. Match tickets for SIGNAL IDUNA PARK can be used as tickets for travel in the VRR area. That means you would still need an additional ticket for the VRS travel area.

  • There are also other chargeable parking spaces on the site of the University (Otto-Hahn-Straße). From here there is a shuttle bus service to the stadium and back again after the game.

• Travelling by public transport:
  • From the Dortmund main station (Hauptbahnhof) you can travel to the stadium either by the regional train to the SIGNAL IDUNA PARK station or with the U-Bahn to the Westfalenhalle/Stadion stop.
