GENERAL INFORMATION

We would like to advise you that it is recommended to wear neutral clothing or cover up visible Bayer 04 colours going to and from the game other than on the special train. This is for your own protection. This is independent advice and has no relation to the respective host club.

StadiUM

• Stadium opens: 13.30 CEST – Kick-off: 15.30 CEST
• Away entrance: Gästeeingang Süd / West
• Away blocks: E1 (Standing), E2 & D2 (Sitting)
• The usual security checks will be carried out on entering the stadium
• Alcohol checks are possible at any time - people under the influence of alcohol may be refused entry /legal limit: 1.0
• Storage facilities are available in the away section free of charge, there is limited capacity
• Food and drink can only be purchased using cashless payment
• There is a strict smoking ban throughout the stadium/in the stands
• With the purchase of an admission ticket, you accept the currently valid stadium regulations for the Voith Arena and the General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) of 1 FC Heidenheim 1846

• Food and drinks brought along (exception: one non-alcoholic drink in a Tetra Pak <0.5 litre per person)

• E-cigarettes & liquids

MATCH TICKETS/ MATCHDAY TICKET OFFICE

• Ticket sales in Leverkusen ended on 2 April.
• Print@home tickets must be printed off and carried or displayed on smartphones

Important ticket information: If you have not received your ticket by 14:00 CEST on 3 April or have misplaced your ticket, please contact the Bayer 04 service centre. On the day of the match, we as fan support have NO possibility of helping you if you do not have a ticket.

FAN PARAPHERNALIA

• Permitted items:
  • Flags up to max. 2.0 metre pole length and with hollow plastic tube (PVC).
  • Fan club banners and fence flags (providing space is available - emergency exits, hoardings and LED hoardings must be kept clear)
