The thoroughly successful first double matchday (5-2 against Holstein Kiel, 9-0 against FC Schalke 04) Was followed by less successful clashes on Tuesday night. The early evening brought a 5-2 defeat against VfL Bochum.
Marc ‘MARC_LDW23’ Landwehr started the evening with a one-vs-one on PlayStation 5 – and he conceded a goal in added time from a free kick to draw 2-2. Last week's previously impressive performance by Fabian ‘B04_DUBZJE’ de Cae was not repeated. He was on the wrong end of a 2-0 scoreline on Xbox Series S/X. The doubles match against the club from Castroper Straße ended all square at 1-1.
The matches against Hannover 96 followed later on Tuesday night. The team from Lower Saxony have started the new season as strongly as the Black and Reds. ‘MARC_LDW23’ did not give anything away to his Hannover 96 rival Riad ‘H96_RIAD’ Fazlija as he clocked up a convincing 3-0 victory.
‘B04_DUBZJE’ on Xbox lost 2-1 to his opponent Jannik ‘H96_JANNIK’ Berg. A goalless draw in the doubles produced a final result of 4-4.

Both North German clubs are waiting for their chance behind league leaders Leverkusen with four (Wolfsburg) and three (St. Pauli) points less.
