
“We're delighted we've been drawn at home in the semi-finals. We'll do everything we can at our BayArena to put up a great fight and knock Bayern out,” commented Bayer 04 managing director sport Simon Rolfes. “Our goal is to reach the final in Berlin.”
Bayer 04 will publish specific date and ticket sales details for this cup clash via the club's own media channels as soon as the fixture has been finally scheduled.
In the second semi-final, also an all-Bundesliga encounter, VfB Stuttgart will host SC Freiburg. Both semi-finals will be broadcast on public television (ARD/ZDF) as well as on Sky and its streaming service WOW.
The final takes place on 23 May 2026, at the customary venue of the Olympic Stadium in Berlin.
