“We are very happy we were able to convince Roman Travnik and his team to extend our partnership,” said Fernando Carro, Bayer 04 CEO. “Both partners come from Leverkusen, both partners are committed to this region, both partners have ambitious targets – that all fits together.”

The connection between the Werkself and the new Premium Partner dates back to 2020. The property experts from Leverkusen were clients in VIP boxes in the South Stand at the BayArena, and partners in the Bayer 04 Sponsors Club for two years.

Roman A. Travnik, CEO at the TRAVNIK Group, said: “Bayer 04 Leverkusen and TRAVNIK Group - companies with the same degree of and desire for commitment, efficiency and being first class.”

The TRAVNIK Group:

The TRAVNIK Group GmbH, based in Leverkusen, was founded by Roman A. Travnik in 2017 and primarily operates as a property developer and investor. The company has a diverse property strategy. That covers the purchase of land with and without planning permission in top sites in German cities, the development of existing sites as well as the regeneration and restructuring of business/industrial properties. The company also manages in-house property.
