Bayer 04 Leverkusen have won the international VEGA Digital Centauri Award 2019 in the ‘website’ category.

With the VEGA Digital Award, the International Awards Associate (IAA) pays tribute to internationally leading professionals in the creative field of digital media. The participants were selected, under strict and comprehensive standards, by a selection committee made up of creative and leading major figures in the industry. The Düsseldorf Agency stay golden conceived the design of the graphical user interface as part of the relaunch of the Bayer 04 website. The two players took plenty of time to answer every question from the inquisitive audience – whether it was about their own careers or their first impressions of the new head coach. Finally, there was even time left to sign autographs for the young fans.
