Bayer 04 Leverkusen have won the international VEGA Digital Centauri Award 2019 in the ‘website’ category.

With the VEGA Digital Award, the International Awards Associate (IAA) pays tribute to internationally leading professionals in the creative field of digital media. The participants were selected, under strict and comprehensive standards, by a selection committee made up of creative and leading major figures in the industry. The Düsseldorf Agency stay golden conceived the design of the graphical user interface as part of the relaunch of the Bayer 04 website. U19 European Championship in Wales: Germany make semis – Culbreath and Onyeka on target
Following their 4–3 opening victory against Denmark, the Germany U19s made it two wins out of two by defeating hosts Wales, securing their place in the semi-finals with a game to spare. In the 4–0 win, Bayer 04 players Montrell Culbreath and Francis Onyeka once again put in impressive performances, with both finding the back of the net.
