The exclusive ticket sale for Bayer 04 club members and season ticket holders for the Bundesliga home game against Eintracht Frankfurt starts on Tuesday, 12 August at 12:00 CEST.

Prices:

Allocation:

• Long-standing members (before 30.06.2022): Whole stadium
• Members (membership from 01.07.2022 und 30.06.2025): Blocks A1-A5, H1-H4, F4/F9
• New members (membership from 01.07.2025): Blocks H1/H2, F4/F9

How to order:

• Online at the Ticket web shop

Distribution:

• All day tickets will be made available exclusively in the Bayer 04 app.
• In the Bayer 04 app, the ticket purchaser has the possibility to self-manage the ticket (forwarding, download as wallet file and/or print@home ticket).

Payment methods:

• Online shop: Direct debit, Credit cards, PayPal

Ticket limit information:

• There is a ticket limit of two tickets per game.
• Existing season tickets are counted in the limit.
  
  • With season card purchasers the season cards acquired are added to the ticket limit.
  • Season cardholders count as members and can buy two tickets.
• Tickets, purchased in the advance booking phase, also count towards the ticket limit.

Ticket exchange:

• The ticket exchange is open and can be used at any time.
• Purchase of ticket exchange places for the two games are possible from the start of individual sales.

• Tickets for the away section are exclusively available from the visiting club.

Pre-authentification at online shop:

• Pre-authentication and the waiting room are activated from 11:30 CET.
• Fans must verify themselves before entering the waiting room.
• Only members, who are members before 10.00 CET, can verify themselves.
• The email address used for verification must be the same as the address for the Bayer 04 account.
• Verification using another email address is not possible.
• The eligible fan must first enter their email address.
• If this corresponds to the email address used for their Bayer 04 account an email will be sent with a six-digit verification code.
• The fan will receive an error message if they do not correspond.
• The verification code must be entered at the next stage (N.B.: The code runs out after ten minutes after which a new code must be requested)
• The fan will enter the waiting room once the verification process has been completed.

Online shop waiting room:

• Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
• Fans will be able to enter the Bayer 04 online shop from 12:00 CEST in random order.
• The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
• All other fans join the back of the queue from 12:00 CEST.
