Tickets for the away game at SC Freiburg

The Werkself are away to SC Freiburg on Bundesliga Matchday 32. The game at the Europa Park Stadium will be played on Sunday, 4 May with the kick-off at 17:30 CEST. Information on ticket sales.

Tickets go on exclusive sale to Bayer 04 Club members and season card holders on Wednesday, 2 April at 12:00 CEST. Ticket sales will end on 29 April (23:59 CEST) – providing tickets are still available up to then.

  • Tickets are exclusively available in the form of print@home tickets.
  • Tickets will be sent out in good time ahead of the game.

  • Concessions: School students from 14 years of age, students, trainees and apprentices, pensioners, people with handicaps, federal volunteer service participants and holders of FreiburgPass
  • Ticket prices include €1.00 Administration fee.

Online shop pre-authentication:

  • Pre-authentication and the waiting room are activated from 11:30 CEST.
  • Fans must verify themselves before entering the waiting room.
  • Only members, who are members before 10.00 CEST, can verify themselves.
  • The email address used for verification must be the same as the address for the Bayer 04 account. Verification using another email address is not possible.
  • The eligible fan must first enter their email address.
  • If this corresponds to the email address used for their Bayer 04 account an email will be sent with a six-digit verification code. The fan will receive an error message if they do not correspond.
  • The verification code must be entered at the next stage (N.B.: The code runs out after ten minutes after which a new code must be requested)
  • The fan will enter the waiting room once the verification process has been completed..

Online shop queuing sytem:

  • Access to the waiting room will happen as soon as pre-authentication has been completed.
  • Fans will be able to enter the web shop from 12:00 CEST in random order.
  • The time fans enter the digital waiting room does not affect the order. There is no advantage to queuing early.
  • All other fans join the back of the queue from 12:00 CEST.
