
The second half of the 2019/20 season is about to kick off: The Werkself restart the campaign on Sunday, 19 January (18.00 CET) at SC Paderborn and the first home game of 2020 follows a week later on Sunday, 26 January (15.30 CET) when Fortuna Düsseldorf are our visitors. The second half of the season not only sees the Werkself battle for a top spot in the Bundesliga but also includes other highlights – such as the DFB Cup tie against VfB Stuttgart and the match in the Europa League against FC Porto. Group discount also applies to those two games. And this is how it works:
With 20 or more people you will receive a 10% group discount on the match ticket price. From 50 people it’s 15% and from 100 it’s 20%!

You can book matchday tours on the application form at the same time as you order tickets.
Tickets (with the exception of Print@Home tickets) are valid as tickets on the ÖPNV transport network (VRR & VRS) from four hours before kick-off. On matchdays there is free parking for coaches. Just follow the directions for car parks P5 and P6. Car parks are available at Otto-Bayer-Straße (Cologne) near to our Academy at Kurtekotten. From here, there is a shuttle bus service to the BayArena and your group can use it to get back to the car park after the game.


The thrilling 3-1 win for Bayer 04 against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Hinrunde is a fond memory for Alejandro Grimaldo, with his brace from free kicks, and coach Kasper Hjulmand, who was in the dugout under the Cross for the first time. Now comes the return fixture in the metropolis on the River Main and after going out of the DFB Pokal and the Champions League, the full focus at Eintracht, currently managed by two interim coaches, is now on the Bundesliga. Bayer 04 have ended Artem Stepanov’s loan deal at Nürnberg and agreed a new loan to Utrecht in the Netherlands. The Ukrainian striker did not play as much as hoped for at the Bundesliga 2 club and will now continue his development in the Eredivisie for the rest of 2025/26.
